I led the product vision and delivery of an API-driven Online Leasing Application Engine designed to replace manual, error-prone leasing processes. Working with UX, legal, and engineering, we defined the end-to-end flow (lead → application → identity verification → payments → e-signature → lease activation), prioritized compliance and security, and launched a modern, modular system on AWS. The product reduced manual touchpoints, shortened application-to-lease time, and enabled integrations with payment providers and e-signature vendors to deliver a fully digital tenant experience.
